Based in the Leamington Spa/Warwick area, Flourish help girls aged 11-18 tackle the root causes of low self-esteem and mental wellbeing

Our programmes are engaging, transformative and created with girls in mind.
We aim to see a generation of girls set free from the issues and pressures holding them back, confident worth and released into their fullest potential. Flourish is a Christian charity for the benefit of the whole community, we work with girls of all faith and non. We are community based and work through parents, schools and local agencies; helping girls who may struggling with things like anxiety, self-harm and low self-esteem.

Girls aged 11-18 can receive:
One-to-one mentoring Matched with one of our wonderful local female mentors for up to 12 sessions over Zoom. Fill out a Mentoring Request Form here.
Our new online group course; “FLOURISH REBUILD” helping girls cope with difficult emotions and build emotional resilience. Girls can be referred onto a course as an individual and will be invited to join a group for weekly sessions. Request to join a group course here.
Flourish Mentoring is our engaging one-to-one programme, delivered by our trained team of staff and volunteers. Mentors listen, encourage and equip girls to overcome the specific challenges holding them back.
Our group programme creates a safe space for 8 girls at a time to explore the pressures they face, discover their incredible unique worth and be empowered with resilience building tools to cope with everyday challenges.
